I am a near-retirement psychology professor who teaches the more nerdy side of psychology. I teach about how our eyes work, how memory works, and how to conduct experiments.

I'm just writing for a hobby. I have no plans to pursue agents and publishers, so mine may not fall clearly into the usual marketing categories.

The Lacy Pita story just came to me in bits and pieces while I had time during the Covid lockdown.

When writing the WECU Inc. book, I made some effort to appeal to a late middle-grade audience.

In WECU, they are playing detective, like the Scooby Doo kids. The Echo Grid Owls logo and the Inner World logo are from the Lacy Pita Story.

In WECU Inc, the kids write a fantasy short story. I've been writing more in that fantasy world. The Healer in the Ice short story is one that I've posted here. It has a 12-year-old protagonist. I also have some fantasy story bits written with adult characters based on the same world.
